What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept Paypal, and all major credit cards.

Shipping


How much is shipping?

Base shipping for most products inside the contiguous U.S.A. is $4.97. This will be adjusted depending on the product ordered, the total weight, and where you live.


Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on what you order. Most of our products are created on
demand and we generally ship within 1 week of your ordering -- sometimes even the next day! During busy seasons, this is likely to be longer. Most of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.

Once shipped, your order will usually arrive to you within 3 days to 2 weeks. In
most cases you will receive a tracking number to track your order.

Many of our items are custom made after your order is placed.

  • T-shirts and hoodies are generally shipped within 5-7 business days
  • Mugs and printed jewelry are generally shipped within 14-18 business days
  • Embroidered items will be shipped within 5-7 days

Items from other manufacturers will generally be shipped within 5-7 days.

Standard shipping time is 3-7 days. Items from our factories in China generally take 14-21 days to arrive from time of order.



I ordered multiple items but haven't gotten all of them. What's going on?

Sometimes your orders will come from different locations, so you
may receive one item before the next. They're all coming!

 

My shirt is the wrong size! Can I get it replaced?

Since every item is custom made when you order it, we typically do not send a free replacement for size discrepancies, since we provide size charts on every apparel product to help you select the correct size.  If we have sent a different size than what you ordered, of course we will replace it! Please compare the size of the shirt (measured 1" below armhole) to the size listed in the chart for that shirt, and if it is more than 1/2 inch different, please contact us. Please email us a picture of the shirt with a tape measure across it, and include the tag if possible in the picture.

 

What is your refund policy?

Since every item is custom made when you order it, we typically do not offer refunds. If the product is defective, or if we have shipped the wrong item, please let us know and we will do our best to replace it, or if that is not possible, to refund your purchase.
