RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We take great pride in the products that we make. We love what we do and hope that you absolutely love your products.We make all our printed products for you after you order it, just for you. We do not keep any inventory on hand. For that reason, sales are final. 

With that being said, if you’re not in love with your new purchase, please contact our customer service team, we’d be more than happy to help you sort your issue out and find the best solution for you! 

Important notes:
All items are custom made at time of order, and cannot be returned because of improper fit. We supply size charts for each shirt type; please use them to determine your correct size ... sizes definitely vary from shirt to shirt. Shirts CAN be returned for exchange if the size is not as indicated, or if there is a problem with the printing.

To determine if the size of the shirt is what was indicated, lay the shirt flat and put a tape measure across it about 1" below the armhole. If that measurement is not within 1/2" of the size on the chart, take a photo showing the tape lying on the shirt and email it to us at ravensworld@olypen.com along with your order number.

Even though your order is custom printed just for you, we do offer a one-time replacement for any shoe orders with size issues. 
However, to better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page. Just click on the Product Details link to find your best fit

Order Modifications or Cancellation
Most of our products are made-on-demand; this means they are custom printed only after we received your order. As such, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it is processed.

On average, you typically have a 12 hour window to contact our customer service before the item is processed. (Note that during working hours orders often get processed within the hour.) This is not, however, a promise that we will definitely be able to stop your order from going through. Our staff will confirm with you as soon as possible of the outcome once they check with our production department.

Please note that if your item has already been printed but not shipped, we will only be able to refund the shipping charges.

Damaged/Incorrect Order
At RavensWorld.com, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement on the affected items.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at lovecats@olypen.com and one of our helpful support staff will quickly send out a new one!

Order not received
If your item has not arrived within 45 days of being ordered, contact one of our representative by email at ravensworld@olypen.com for a free replacement order or a refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)
